• Freeze damage to pressure parts during construction, commissioning and operation.
• Proper design and operation of keep warm systems and practices.
• Issues with restart/startup actions from frozen key instrumentation including flow meters,  drum level sensors and pressure sensors.
• Issues with support systems such as make up water, tank storage due to freezing.
