The reports may be inspections, analyses, failures, or any information in electronic format, for example in a word processing format. This allows the user to download and view the original report in context, so no information is lost.
Note that the user will require suitable software to read these files. If required (and possible) files can be converted to formats that can be viewed using free downloadable viewers or plug-ins, such as Adobe Acrobat etc. |

If the documents only exist in hard copy (for example old inspection reports) they can be scanned by the client and then linked into CARDS
The pages are organised like a book and read using the special CARDS page viewer (which is also used for manuals)
One benefit is that individual pages can be linked to from any issue
The CARDS page viewer does not require any special plug-ins or other software to be installed on the user's machine.
