This shows a typical document index for a CARDS knowledge management system. For an introduction to this system, follow this link.
The documents are presented as a tabular list of items, which can be filtered and sorted to locate the document of interest (see the details index example for more information).
This example shows the list of images within cards. This index lets the user download, view and manipulate any of the images, for example to send to a subcontractor or to paste into a report. Other indices include the drawing index (catalogued plant drawings), electronic manuals (plant), plus general documentation (inspection reports, eDrawings, Mark-Up drawings etc.) |
