This shows a typical CARDS knowledge management system. The examples use HRSGs, but CARDS lends itself to many industries and applications. For an overview of CARDS, follow this link.

	Sites typically have an introduction page to quickly familiarise the user with the general plant configuration / layout

The Detail Index links to all the issues/components in a particular system (e.g. the HRSG)	There are indices for components, issues, reports, drawings, manuals etc.	The Image Index lists all the images that are on the system.
	The component or issue index links to the issue display pages. These show the historical detail about a component or issue.
Report in electronic format (e.g. MS Word)	The issue display pages have links to the original reports. These may already be in electronic format, but Tetra can also scan reports and display them using the built-in viewer.	Scanned Report
	Optional eDrawings can play an important part in CARDS. These can be used to display and communicate ideas.
Mark-up drawings can save time and aid communication	The Photo Manager makes sense of digital images	Plant Drawings and manuals can be consulted directly from the document of interest
