Cancellations

  1. Tetra Engineering reserves the right to cancel the course up to 30 days prior to the start, in which case the full amount of the course fees already paid will be refunded
  2. If the attendee cancels up to one month prior to the course, the attendee will forfeit 50% of their registration fee
  3. If the attendee cancels within one month of the course, the attendee will forfeit 100% of their registration fee
  4. Substitutions of one attendee for another are acceptable
