Reliability/Availability Audit for GTCC Power Plants

Tetra Engineering offers a complete review of gas turbine combined cycle plant design/operations/maintenance to determine likely reliability and availability and critical "weak" points for achieving high performance.

The audit includes:

Review of Station Design Details, Operating Procedures, Operating Philosophy
Site Visit including walkdown of all systems and interviews with Plant Staff
Definition of reliability goals for key systems such as water plant, fuel systems, black start etc.
Preparation of reliability models for all key systems and integrated plant models
Assessment of station performance
Identification of critical "weak" points
Recommendations for improvement
Post- Report Presentation/Discussion
