Tetra can provide independant reviews of designs for the client, assessing the units fitness for its intended purpose and advising on any special operations / maintenance requirements. The following is a typical table of contents from a design review performed for a client. The client was purchasing HRSGs and had proposals from 4 vendors. Tetra was asked to perform a design review for each and make a comparison of their relevant defects / merits.

Tetra had the design details as provided to the client, and understood the client's operating requirements (frequency of cycling expected etc.). In addition, Tetra has in-house experience of the designs from field inspections. This design review then formed a part of the client's own bid evaluation.
